The 10X Business Growth program is designed to deliver exactly what its name implies – to grow and scale your business TENFOLD! At Primal Consult, you will learn to assess, systemise, and implement the strategies that will help you reach your goals efficiently and with the least amount of risk.
The 10X Business Growth Program is offered as a blended style of coaching (i.e. both 1:1 and group coaching) on a monthly basis for a period of 36 months.
Through your business coaching sessions, you and your team will:
- Measure and analyze the current status of your business in relation to where you want it to be.
- Shift your thinking towards a 10X Growth Mindset, which will enable you to tap into your true and unlimited potential.
- Sharpen your company’s purpose, vision, mission and core values.
- Ensure that all employees are aligned with the company’s purpose, vision, mission and core values.
- Create a new set of 10X Company Growth Objectives.
- Design an exponential business model that allows for changes that are 10 times greater than today’s value.
- Learn how to implement Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to boost your business’s performance by aligning goals and ensuring that everyone is collaborating on those goals.
- Systemise your business in preparation for scaling it.
- Optimise and automate your systemised processes through technology to minimize dependence on the human factor and ensure employees’ time is focused on more productive endeavours.
- Automate your entire marketing and sales processes effectively to ensure consistent and projectable results when scaling.
Who this program is for
Growing your business by 10X is by no means an easy goal to achieve, and this program is not for everyone.
Prior to taking you on as client, a detailed qualifying assessment of your business shall be conducted to ensure your business is capable of handling such a rapid expansion. It is highly recommended to go through the 1:1 Business Coaching for SMEs first, prior to joining this 10X growth program.
As a general rule, I only work with businesses that have at least 3-30 employees, are generating at least $500k in revenues per year and want to build a scalable business that is willing to invest in its employees and operating infrastructure (in other words, it is NOT for solopreneurs).
The business needs to be willing to change its habits and ways of doing things because in order to grow the business by 10X, your standards need to be raised by 10X!

Developing a 10X mindset
You need an extraordinary mindset to achieve extraordinary results! Most people have a tendency to underestimate what they can accomplish, and therefore set lower goals and do not reach their full potential.
Imagine if you were to apply the 10x rule and mindset to the core of everything that you do.
This means developing a 10X growth mindset, setting 10X goals, developing empowering 10X habits, focusing on developing 10X strategies, then taking all of this and tapping into 10X more of your potential and taking massive action to make sure you achieve those results.
